My tutus are made from several layers of tulle in your choice of one to 4 colors and elastic waist size; each tutu is custom made for each order. Please allow 3 business days for completion of your order.
All tutus are handmade by me with nylon tulle, elastic waistband and satin ribbon bow. Each piece of tulle is securely hand-knotted. Optional: Waist can be wrapped in a coordinating satin ribbon.
